Tet View Profile View Posts. I had this since yesterday, with the download stuck at about 1gb permanently with no downloading or disk usage going on. I only 'fixed' it in the past hour. So, for me, the game is installed on an SSD. However, steam was apparently either downloading the update to my first drive HDD, which the game is not installed on or it was, for some reason, checking that HDD for space before fully downloading the patch.
